My public domain image is a picture of Leonardo De Vinci's Mona Lisa. The original image captured silent communication and showed his idea of beauty during that age. This was portrayed through his view of Mona Lisa and my image portrays American’s view of woman.

Moderized Mona Lisa

With our ACPD (appropriation, copyright, public domain) project I am choosing to modernize the famous painting of Mona Lisa. I am going to portray the modern woman in our society and how the feminist movement has grown since the original painting but still have it portray the silent communication aspect.
